What an amazing experience with Leo and Mackenzie truly so welcoming! They welcomed us as friends with big smiles. They told us all the local hotspots to go visit. they went over and above. Is our first time staying here and they definitely gave us an awesome impression and we we can’t wait to come back!

The hotel is nice, but Noah, the parking attendant is absolutely fantastic. He knows exactly what he’s doing driving and parking any type of vehicle. He’s insanely friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and an absolutely just amazing person in general. He was helping us out in the pouring rain and didn’t seem to mind he was getting wet in the slightest and was worried about my friend and I getting wet.

This was my first time ever coming to Boston and I was dazzled by the hospitality of the front desk staff. Mackenzie, in particular, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed by orienting us to various landmarks in the neighborhood and by telling us all of the best places to eat. This hotel is awesome and we will certainly be back!

Each room had a working record player and we were given the opportunity to pick records to bring to the room and play! The heated outdoor pool is amazing and even in the cold weather! The atmosphere was fantastic and the free breakfast was delicious. The service here was absolutely fantastic and the rooms are super cozy and nice!

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was all very friendly and helpful, telling us about the area while we were checking in and about the hotel. The aesthetic is perfect, any music fan NEEDS to stay at this hotel if they have the chance. The record player in every room is the perfect addition to an already spacious room. If you can’t manage to find something in the records that are available at the hotel, the location is perfect, with a nearby comic store with records galore in the downstairs area

By far the best experience at a hotel. Staff was above and beyond kind, professional and knowledgeable. The hotel is beautiful classic and modern- heated pool amazing. We came into a situation and the staff and manager were very helpful. My husband and I look forward to always coming to the Verb when on Boston
