Restaurants

Xin Tian Di, translated as "New Heaven and Earth," has been awarded the Best Chinese Restaurant in Manila for its dedication to authentic Chinese cuisine. The menu's standout is the aromatic roast duck, known for its juicy meat and crisp skin, made possible through a blend of traditional and modern cooking techniques. The menu also includes a wide range of Chinese dishes, each prepared to highlight traditional flavors with a nod to current culinary practices.

The restaurant offers a Dim Sum Unlimited lunch buffet, featuring over 60 types of Dim Sum, classic noodle and rice dishes, vegetarian options, and desserts. This buffet allows guests to experience a wide range of Chinese culinary traditions, which is also reflected in the design of Xin Tian Di. The design combines traditional Chinese colors with contemporary elements.

The first time was dinner with the people I work with. There were 6 of us. We ordered a wide selection of dishes for the table.

The service is good. Very professional and helpful staff and the waiting time for the food is perfect. The price is also fair and not as expensive as most hotels.

Be sure to try the steamed crystal shrimp dumplings or the Ha Kao, the Japanese-style steamed "Sio Mai", the wanton noodle soup with roast duck.

The reception area is the start of a very pleasant dining experience. The open kitchen is a nice way to see how they prepare the dimsum.

Among my favorite Chinese restaurants, especially for their yum cha lunchtime promo. With 37 mouthwatering items on the menu.
